Sewing Division
We have our own garment manufacturing unit with 100 machines to produce our customer orders.
Fabric Knitting Division
We have our own imported knitting division with 6 machines all are pailung brand from
which we produce most of our clothing for our global customer orders.
Printing Division
In addtion we have own ihouse printing divison in which we can make all kind of chest and aop prints for our customer orders.
Dyeing Division
We have long term partner factories to make all kind of dyeing for our clothings prodcutions and
the dyes we use for our processing all are environment friendly and do not harm the planet.
Embroidery Division
Our long term partner embroidery unit have 4 “ barudan”- japan machines to decorate our clothing production with
different kind of embroidery sticthes and appliques and to add values to our products.
The thread and meterial we use on embrodiery also all environment friendly.
Spinning
We have own spinning mills with a capacity of 20,000 spindles.
Fabric
We have own Fabric warehouse with holding capacity of 700 Tons.
Garmenting
- 3 manufacturing units (38,000 square feet) based various locations in Tirupur.
- 240 sewing machines / 600 employees are part of the Textile Operations.
- Our manufacturing units collectively produce over 400,000 Mens tsirts in a month.
